I have recently gained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Agricultural Professional Practice through SRUC. This new qualification aims to provide the agriculture industry with specialists who understand the sector and have the skills to help their clients to a high professional standard. As an Agricultural Consultant with SAC Consulting, I provide advice to arable and livestock farmers in the Scottish Borders on a wide range of technical and business issues. Specialist areas include cross compliance, NVZ, grant applications, business planning and enterprise benchmarking.  I can offer a wide range of crop nutrition and protection advice with certification in both FACTS and BASIS.
