Nominations can be made by employers, training providers, schools, colleges or universities, as long as the nominee was studying in Scotland at some point between September 2017 and September 2018.
An independent panel of employers and industry representatives judge all the entries, before asking short-listed nominees to an interview in our Perth office. Finalists and guests will then be invited to a fabulous awards ceremony at the Doubletree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro on the evening of Thursday 7th March 2019, hosted by farmer and stand-up comedian, Jim Smith.
