Modern Apprenticeship in Aquaculture SCQF Level 7

This programme allows more experienced, senior-level staff to gain an qualification in fish or shellfish production while working in the aquaculture industry, and will normally take about 12 months of study and on-site training to complete. It covers a wide range of topics such as controlling the aquatic production environment for farmed fish/shellfish, controlling the production of farmed fish/shellfish for sale or transfer, and providing a safe, healthy and secure working environment. 

On successful completion, you will receive a Lantra Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 7 and an SQA Scottish Vocational Qualification at SCQF Level 7, plus additional short course enhancement certificates.
