With 30 year's experience of working within all sectors of Agriculture and other sectors throughout the UK. I also have an international network having worked around the world, through and during my developing career. 

I am passionate about helping people, my aim is to make a positive difference to every client or company that work within. Helping them to identify who they are, where they want to be and to discuss and agree how we are going to help them get there. I am a connector, a motivator, an agent of positive change. 

I am highly motivated, passionate straight talker, who is not afraid of tackling difficult and sensitive issues and situations but I always ensure that trust, respect, values and confidentiality are respected. 

I am able to listen, and help to draw out improved routes and methods of communication, specialising in family succession, leadership, resilience and motivation within work and personal environments. Helping to identify and develop goals and vision leading onto strategic planning is now recognised as highly valuable and a skill by government, industry bodies and farmers, enabling business to prosper, Service, communicate, and develop in this ever-challenging volatile environment.
