Springboard for rural skills: growing together

Thanks to further investment from the Scottish Government’s National Transition Training Fund, we are continuing support a safe and skilled rural workforce in Scotland by helping to grow and diversify the next generation of instructors.

Activities include additional experience and mentoring, co-teaching to consolidate instructional techniques and technical evaluations, further professional development and a networking event.

Alongside continuing professional development, a key objective is to integrate new instructors into the wider network.  If you are an experienced instructor in Scotland and would like to share your knowledge and skills with the next generation as a mentor, then we would love to hear from you.

We will facilitate an introductory training workshop and try to match your skills and experience with the interests and development objectives of participants.  Please email Kevin Patrick or call 07867 908187 if you would like to know more and get involved.
