Experienced farm consultant with a drive and ambition to help farmers to adopt a continual improvement culture in their businesses.  Helping farmers sharpen decision making around performance, finance and regulation in their business by focusing on productivity and profitability.

Driven by providing high quality advice, usually in person, to farms in the North of England and Southern Scotland.  I am passionate about self-development, improving my skills to be able to offer the highest quality product to my clients.

Farming is changing and there is a real demand for high quality leadership and support to farmers to get them through this process and help their businesses to meet the challenge that the future has for them.

Specific skill areas that are valuable to farm businesses:

• An understanding of their business and how cash flow through it.
• Appreciation of the importance of the technical aspects of livestock farming, including genetics, fertility and nutrition
• Communicating this to farmers in a way that encourages positive action to reach common goals.
