Employers who work in agriculture had the chance to find out how taking on an apprentice could benefit their business at a recent webinar we held on behalf of the Skills for Farming Group.

Those attending heard from James Orr, Ewan Goodwin, Daye Tucker and Lawrence Martin, who provided an employer and apprentice’s perspective. Fiona Turnbull and Mary Thomson from Borders College explained how training providers like colleges support the employer and apprentice, and looked at sources of funding available.
