NPA Stable Staff

The Scottish Racing Academy and Borders College are offering a range of 'National Progression Awards' (NPA) targeting those already working in the Racing Industry to develop skills, provide qualifications, and recognise their skills and experience.

There are eight NPA's in total each made up of three or four units that focus on a different aspect of the Horse Racing Industry from Yard routine and Race horse performance to Spectator Safety and Leadership. These are completed using blended approach, with learning, teaching and assessment taking place online and in your own yard.
