As a Senior agricultural consultant for over 20 years, I have been providing business advice to farmers in Scotland, particularly in the Edinburgh and Peeblesshire areas.

I am experienced at preparing whole farm reviews, business appraisals for banks, forward budgeting, labour profiles, and all aspects of agricultural subsidies including the single farm payment, livestock and crop husbandry (BASIS and FACTS qualified), farm waste management plans, nutrient budgets and rural stewardship schemes.

I am also an experienced project manager, a facilitator on farmers groups and represent SAC on a number of national and local environmental and conservation groups.
