Coming from a farming background, working hands on prior to attaining an Agricultural Degree, continuing farm and practical estate management for 12 years prior to delivering farm business consultancy and advice in Scotland for the past 15 years enables me to relate to farm staff, farmers and land owners with an understanding and vision that only comes from a broad depth of experience in Agricultural systems and situations.  I am a committed Agriculturalist who is not afraid of facing difficult issues and calling "a spade a spade"!
