At Stout Livestock Consulting, I work with sheep and beef farms to develop profitable and resilient farming businesses through taking a whole systems approach. Optimising production from forage to promote profitability per ha with reduced reliance on purchased inputs. Striving to develop systems that deliver a desirable work life balance and improved environmental credentials. 

Through my previous roles as an Agricultural Consultant and Sheep and Grassland Specialist with SAC Consulting, I am an experience farm business consultant, speaker and facilitator and have delivered a breadth of technical outputs on sheep, grass-based production systems and grazing strategies.
