My consultancy work covers facilitation, consultancy and research in the areas of farm business management, market analysis (including red meat supply chains), agricultural policy and grazing based livestock systems. I speak regularly at farm open days and industry meetings on prospects for the livestock sectors.

In addition to my mainstream market analysis and business management work, I have a special interest in: lifting the profitability of beef and sheep farming through better use of grazed pasture; and improving agri-food supply chains by better collaboration and lean thinking.
