Kirsty Fernie

I am a Rural Chartered Surveyor working for a land agency firm based in Inverness, covering the Highlands & Islands.  My role involves compensations claims from utility projects, wind development negotiations and rural valuations. 

Prior to this role I worked for RPID which gave me a good insight into the agricultural support systems which allows me to submit, SAF applications, livestock applications (SUSSS and SSBCS) AECS applications and croft regulatory applications for several clients. 

I also have experience with estate management and sporting estates which I gained when I worked for a national land agency firm.
