- Emma Staniforth is Work-Based Learning Manager with Forestry and Land Scotland
- Jennifer Allison is HR & Training Services Manager for Bakkafrost Scotland
- Rebecca Dawes chairs the panel and is Agri and Rural Communicator with JCM&Co, a Royal Agricultural Society of the Commonwealth Trustee and on the Farmstrong Scotland Committee
- Scott Mason is Land Services Officer with Stirling Council
