Breathing Space is a confidential phoneline for anyone in Scotland feeling low, anxious or depressed. Call  0800 83 85 87.

If you're involved with agriculture in Scotland and looking for emotional, practical or financial support, call the RSABI helpline between 7am and 11pm on 0300 111 4166.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. You can call them on 0800 585858.
