The Career Ready programme helps transforms the life chances of students from lower income backgrounds by preparing them for the world of work, helping them progress to a sustained, positive post-school destination and be well prepared for a happy and successful future. 

Lantra Scotland is getting behind this initiative too, mentoring a young person over two years to help develop their skills, confidence and behaviours and make them aware of different options and opportunities.
