We’re delighted to announce that our colleague Jeni Adamson in the Lantra Scotland team has just taken up the newly created position of Careers Lead for Lantra across the UK.

She will use her experience and skills to support the development of Lantra’s new careers strategy, ensuring that it addresses the needs of employers and individuals across the UK and Ireland. Part of this will be the development of an online careers resource to promote awareness of the variety of job roles across the sector, helping individuals to begin and progress in rewarding careers.

Jeni was previously working as the Policy and Partnerships Co-ordinator with Lantra in Scotland, where she was responsible for the ongoing review of Scottish qualifications relevant to our sector and for STEM engagement activities. More recently, she has been finding ways in which we can continue our engagement with schools and wider audiences virtually.

Jeni commented “I’m delighted to be starting in my new role and am looking forward to building collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across our industries”.
