In this 18-month, fixed-term contract role, your primary responsibilities will be to lead the co-ordinated development and delivery of rural skills education, work-based learning and training initiatives for Lantra in Scotland, and the development of land-based instructor resources across the country. You will engage with, support and influence sector employers, learning and training providers, instructors and other skills stakeholders.

The job will involve travel throughout Scotland and can be based in Perth or at another agreed location. Salary is £32,000 and closing date for applications is Sunday, 13th May.
