City & Guilds Veterinary Care Assistant Diploma (Level 2)

Aimed at those who want to work within a veterinary practice as an Veterinary Care Assistant, this course provides an introduction to general animal nursing, anatomy, and assisting with anaesthesia, surgical nursing and radiography.

It also includes core skills certification and a work placement in a veterinary practice. You will get some great practical experience and knowledge that will prepare you for work as an assistant in a veterinary practice, or further study. 

This course is also available by distance learning for people already working in a veterinary practice.
