The programme provides foundation knowledge about the functioning of the animal body. We explore applications of basic animal sciences to veterinary and human medicine, the livestock industry and food security. You will acquire expert scientific knowledge and practical skills in animal sciences, veterinary and human medicine, the livestock industry and food security.

The MSc in Animal Biosciences is a 12-month, full-time programme that covers a wide range of practical and theoretical knowledge in the area of animal biosciences.  Students graduating with an MSc in Animal Biosciences will have a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills which open a number of options for future career development.
