Skills for Work: Rural Skills SCQF Level 4

This introductory qualification helps learners to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes needed for work in the land-based industries, and is available through schools and colleges.

You will develop some of the basic practical skills necessary to work in most of the land-based disciplines and choose between a plant or an animal route. Both allow you to develop some basic skills. You will also look at the many jobs and careers that there are within land-based industries.
