Technical Apprenticeship in Aquaculture Management SCQF Level 9

This programme allows experienced staff to gain a degree-level qualification in senior management while working in the aquaculture industry, and normally takes about two years of study and on-site training to complete.

It covers areas such as managing the aquatic production environment for farmed fish or shellfish, and managing production for sale or transfer. It  can also cover planning and managing of shellfish depuration operations, implementation of the site fish health plan, fish or shellfish hatchery production, and a variety of operational and managerial units, according to the needs of the candidate's job role.

You will will receive a Technical Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 9 and an SQA Scottish Vocational Qualification at SCQF Level 9.
