Veterinary Nursing Diploma (Level 3)

This course helps you in applying for registration as a Veterinary Nurse within the RCVS, as as long as you complete it successfully, spend the appropriate training time in an approved Veterinary Practice, and pass external exams.

Topics covered include: anatomy and physiology, infection control, practical veterinary nursing care, diagnostics, supply of veterinary medicines, nursing support of small animals, anaesthesia and professional conduct in preparation for registration.

You will develop your practical nursing skills while in placement and in practical sessions on site.
