A great introduction to forestry and arboriculture (tree surgery), covering a broad range of forestry and arboriculture topics with a strong practical content.
Topics include chainsaw work and tree felling, tree planting, fencing and estate work, as well as tractor and chipper operations. There will also be an introduction to technical subjects such as forest soils, tree identification, pests and diseases and timber produce.
