SVQ Estate Maintenance SCQF Level 5

New or less experienced staff can get a qualification in estate maintenance, with most of the training taking place in the work environment.

Performance, knowledge and understanding are assessed in a various ways. including a portfolio of evidence and tutor observations. 

Topics covered include how to monitor and maintain health, safety and security, establish and maintain working relationships with others as well as practical aspects, enabling you to carry out maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery, and develop an awareness of good environmental practice.
