SVQ Poultry Production SCQF Level 6
This SVQ develops the skills needed in commercial poultry production.
It covers areas such as promoting, monitoring and maintaining health, safety and security; communicating in a business environment; and maintaining records within the workplace. The SVQ also includes optional Units that cover monitoring the overall process for egg production, brooding and growth of young birds; as well as planting, harvesting, preparing and monitoring crops; working with planting equipment and livestock.
