Our ALBAS celebrate the achievements of the country’s top trainees in our sector, and we ask the inspirational winners to help the next generation of learners and new entrants and become Lantra Scotland Industry Champions.
Industry Champions are positive role models for young people and influence issues affecting their own industry. They can become case studies in careers brochures or our website, or contribute to industry consultations and attend careers events.
There are lots of benefits too: meeting as a group to share experiences and find out about different industries; training in things like making presentations and using social media; networking; representing your industry at events across Scotland and contributing to skills consultations and influencing policies.
