This programme allows you to show that you have a range of land-based skills in housing, tenancy, health and safety, and environmental good practice.

Performance, knowledge and understanding are assessed in a number of ways, including a portfolio of evidence and being observed by your tutor. 

Topics covered include: identifying and assessing rural land use, identifying rural business enterprise opportunities, and best practice in consulting and working with the local community.
